Supporting Starlane buys cosmetics and a view of your own history — never an advantage in play. Two ways to buy it with the same benefits: once, or monthly. Prices include VAT.

Changed your mind

Ask within 14 days of any payment and you get it back, no reason needed. Write to office@faxtorial.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. The supporter tier ends when the refund goes through.

About the legal right of withdrawal. Supporter benefits start the moment a payment completes. Before you pay, you tick a box agreeing to that and confirming you understand that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends when they start; Stripe's payment page says it again, and your receipt confirms the payment. The 14-day refund above is our own promise on top of that, and it stands.

After 14 days payments are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we failed to give you what you paid for.

Cancelling monthly

In Stripe's customer portal ↗ — enter the email you paid with and Stripe sends you a code. Cancelling stops the next payment; the tier stays until the end of the month you paid for. The same page has your receipts.

Deleting your account does not cancel a monthly payment. Cancel first.

Disputed payments

A payment disputed with your bank ends the supporter tier while the dispute is open. Nothing else follows from it.

Who takes the money
